wolfman

Although the film doesn’t come out till February I’m going to come right out and say it, I’ve got “Wolfman” fever. We’re two trailers in now, the second of which was recently released and can be viewed below, and I can’t find one fault with the film.

The big budget remake of "The Wolfman" has been moved to 2010 by Universal... make that FEBRUARY, 2010. The last few years have seen increasing amounts of successes in the traditional "dump" month, but still, this can't be a good sign for a big budget period piece like Wolfie.

"Surviving Crooked Lake" is described as a "sensual, intense, indie feature drama". So many qualifying words... but they've got my attention with "sensual". The plot is about a group of girls who embark on a canoe and camping trip... and well, you can pretty much write the rest of the script yourself.

The synopsis for the "Mother's Day" remake doesn't sound anything like the original "Mother's Day". Of course, for those who have seen the original Troma flick, that may not necessarily be a bad thing.
