BGH Plays - Evan Takes on "Resident Evil 4" (Episode 1)

Here's to the first episode in the (hopefully) long running series on Resident Evil 4. First released on the Nintendo Gamecube, with multiple remakes for subsequent platforms, the Game of the Year award winning title is now available on PS4 and Xbox One. 

I took on the opening portion of the game, getting Leon S. Kennedy into the main part of town to encounter the first wave of Lord Sadler followers. Fans of the Resident Evil franchise will recognize Leon as one of the playable characters of Playstation's Resident Evil 2, alongside Claire Redfield. This time, Leon has traveled to Europe to search for the President's daughter, Ashley Graham. So far what we've learned is that the townspeople are in a form of trance, with extreme violence as their only reaction to outsiders. When Leon is ambushed by a crowd in the village, the only thing that saves him is an ominous church bell. Each villager drops their weapon and walks, zombie-like, toward the church. We'll find out next week where this leads Leon...
