French Trailer for "Mutants"

I don't usually post foreign language trailers on the site until they have subtitles, but this one caught my eye today so I wanted to bring it your way. It's for a French film titled "Mutants", by a young director named David Morlet. From what I'm seeing here and the synopsis, it appears to be an artsy zombie film. The trailer looks great, but word is it has gotten some bad buzz from a recent film festival in Germany. It still doesn't have a rating on IMDB, which means that not a lot of people have had the chance to see it yet. So, check the synopsis and trailer below. What's the verdict?
In a world devastated by a pandemic virus that turns human beings into primitive and bloodthirsty creatures, Marco and Sonia set off to find a secret base to escape from the “mutants”. When the latter attack them, Marco is contaminated too. Little by little, he undergoes the same changes. Sonia, who is expecting a baby, is then forced to fight her worst enemy, the man she loves.
