Horror at Sundance: "Buried"

The Sundance Film Festival has fully embraced genre film and some of the biggest and best releases of the next year are screening right now in Park City. Over the next few days we'll take a first look at the movies we'll be talking about in a few months.

The first big success of the festival is the Ryan Reynolds starring "Buried", which Lionsgate just picked up for 3.2 million. Reynolds plays an army contractor in Iraq who wakes up buried alive in a coffin with only his cell phone and a lighter. I liked this when it was called "Phone Booth" and liked it again when it was called "Cellular" so even without Larry Cohen involved, I'll give it a shot.
