The "Phoenix Lights" are an actual phenomena witnessed in 1997 by hundreds of people. It's a cool story, that you should definitely Google... when you have a few hours of your life you want to disappear.
"Lights Over Phoenix" is a found footage type movie set during the sightings. If you're into found footage and real life UFO sightings, as I happen to be, it looks like it could be great. Check it out below.
