Short Film: "We Are What We Eat" (2012)

"We Are What We Eat" is the debut film of 16 year old director Sam Toller. The short film centers around a high school girl who has been bitten by her zombie boyfriend. Over the course of the 2 day filming, the crew managed to log 220 shots with 27 zombies, 5 makeup artists, and 6 locations. Pretty impressive considering at age 16 most of us were playing video games and arguing with our parents about curfews. Even more impressive? The film was an official selection for both the 2012 National Film Festival for Talented Youth and the 2012 Zombie Voodoo Festival. You can check out the film in its entirety below:
