A piece of concept art recently released for Alex Winter's remake of "The Gate", currently being filmed in 3D. In the original "The Gate" (1987), Glenn (played by a young Stephen Dorff) and his friend Terry unwittingly open a gate to hell by playing a Rock 'N Roll record backwards. The remake will reportedly stay very close to the story of the original. Many people may also be surprised to hear it's being directed by Alex Winter, famous for his role in "Bill and Ted's Excellent Adventure" and its sequel, but don't forget he was responsible for the cult classic "Freaked" (1993).
