Barn Owls cast in Cloverfield Sequel

As I read more about these "Barn Owls," I found out that they start to resemble living earth creatures later in life, but if you blew one of these things up to about 5x scale and set them loose on the streets you'd have yourself one scary ass horror film. Sure, the Cloverfield monster was scary, but isn't something that could be lurking in your (or Casey's) barn much scarier than the figment of the fanboy imagination?
